Inboxes a team works

Give every team an address
hello@, press@, jobs@

Make any address on your domain and hand it to the people who answer it.

acme.com
AddressWho has access
hello@acme.comSRread and send
press@acme.comAKread
jobs@acme.comNMread and send
*@acme.comcatch-all

Each address has its own people. Catch-all takes the rest.

How it works

Running in three steps.

  1. 01

    Add your domain

Publish the records we show you and the domain starts receiving.

  2. 02

    Create the addresses

    Add hello@, press@ and jobs@, or let catch-all answer.

  3. 03

    Hand each one out

Invite the person, pick a role, grant the address.

What it runs on

The parts doing the work.

Nothing here is a separate product. Each one is a piece of the mailbox you already have.

Catch-all addresses

Every address on the domain receives, including ones that have never been created. One switch closes it.

Scoped visibility

One address means one address.

Roles & permissions levels

A role says what somebody may do, and an address grant says where, unless the role reaches every address.

Invitations

Share with someone who has not signed up yet and have them invited.

Merged inboxes

Read every address in one stream, or narrow to the two or three you actually work out of.

Hand a mailbox over

An address belongs to the workspace, so the person changes and the mail stays put.
