Make app passwords
Each person turns on 2-Step Verification and makes one at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords. Your admin has to allow app passwords and IMAP.

Add your domain
Add it here with an address for each person who moves. Each mailbox is filed under its address.

Start the import
Open Migrations, choose From a mailbox, enter the old address and paste the password. Check the mailbox, then start. You can close the page while it runs.

Move your domain
Publish the DNS records Nextmail lists. Once they answer, new mail arrives here instead of at Google.
